Jennifer brings forward her many talents and expertise as a personal fitness trainer, group fitness and yoga instructor located in southern CA serving the greater San Diego area.

With a major in Dance of Fine Arts, Jen has developed the expert awareness of technical movement, anatomy and creativity. As a former kickboxing coach and competitor, Jen has worked with World Champion Muy Thai and Mixed Martial Artists as well as with many other pro athletes, cultivating a true sense of discipline and dedication needed to focus and reach any goal.

With the use of kettlebells, athletics, yoga and the continual integration of Holistic health through proper individualized nutrition and lifestyle needs, Jen has developed a unique system to enhance the lives of everyone she works with one on one, in group class and boot camps. Jen has worked with men, women and children of all ages and fitness levels, inspiring each individual to achieve the greatest health and fitness they desire.
